Fitness, exercise and practice are ingredients to building an enthusiastic and radiant personality.
DAILY FITNESS OF YOUR BEING

Doing some kind of fun and intelligent efforts to be active contribute to one’s fitness.

This is so vital in the development and enhancement of your energetic self.

I am enthusiastic and l will always strive to be.

I think about the things that would bring energy, health, vigor, fitness, radiance, and meaning in life.

Being rich in experience equates to being great in wisdom...

Physical Fitness

Physical Fitness – could be any physical activity, such as aerobics, bicycling, walking, running, body‐building, pilates, yoga, tai chi, mountain climbing, hiking, skating, and ball games, or any kind of sports that allow you to exert physical effort. With consistent execution, your body is capable of responding positively and gradually helps you shape your well-being.

Moreover, this would help you build your stamina and physical strength.

Being physically fit allows you to move with ease, comfort and flexibility. It gives you the confidence to face your day to day challenges.

Emotional Fitness

Emotional Fitness - includes how you maintain your composure when faced with various emotional situations.

The manner of being calm and in control of yourself when engaging with circumstances that challenge your emotional reactions.

This would test your strength on how far you could be in charge of own your being. How flexible could you be in dealing with those challenging circumstances?

You should have access to your own set of positive emotional responses and not just one-dimensional approach. You can apply compassion and find a way to undertand how the other person feels.

And finally, you need to be able to develop strongly the ability to quickly bring yourself back to a positive emotional state, after being challenged by another emotional situation.

Experience teaches us to develop our emotional well-being. As they say, we learn from experience is so true, that we need to be able to develop those tools that help us become more sound, healthy, and emotionally fit.

Intellectual Fitness

Intellectual Fitness – refers to exploring a combination of several mental activities such as: reading, watching videos, films and TV programs, playing board games, talking and sharing stories, writing, web browsing and researching on content or topics that interest you.

Such activities would allow you to explore many areas of your life, including your talents and skills, as well as your connection or relationships with others.

Spiritual Fitness

Spiritual Fitness – refers to any activity that you do that contributes to exploring your higher self. This could include: doing self‐examination, praying, meditation, inner communication, or doing some positive self-talk.

Feed yourself with positive thoughts and believe that you could always improve and become a better 'you'.

Conclusion

If we strive to look at these important aspects of our being: Physical Fitness, Emotional Fitness. Intellectual Fitness and Spiritual Fitness, then we can assure ourselves that we have the proper source of nutrients to feed our mind, body and soul.

Hence, you would be ready to answer the question: “How fit are you?”
